Refunds & Cancellations Policy
Please ensure you have read the terms & conditions before purchasing a reading or any workshops, courses or events, this is for your own protection. Should you have any queries please contact me and I will be happy to help you. Face to Face appointments All appointments should be booked in advance. Saturday appointments must be booked in advance and paid for at the time of booking, in the meantime the space may be taken by another person.
All payments are to be made via Bank Transfer If a prepaid reading is cancelled more than 48 hours before the appointment an alternative appointment will be offered, if cancelled within 48 hours of the appointment no refunds will be given and a new appointment will need to be booked & paid for. Should you forget or miss a pre-paid appointment a refund will not be given & no alternative appointment will be given in lieu of it. You will need to book and pay for another appointment.
If I am unable to connect to you & give you a reading, l will stop the reading and you will not be charged, in the event of a prepaid appointment a full refund will be given. It is your responsibility to advise me that we are not connecting, if you agree with all the information during the appointment you are confirming what I am giving you is correct & no refunds after the fact will be given. In the event of you making a payment & should we be unable to agree on a time or date that is mutually agreeable a refund in full will be made immediately, in the event that I am out of the office or without access to the internet a full refund will be made as soon as I am able to, which would be within 48 hours unless an act of God prevents this in which case as soon as circumstances allow the payment will be returned.
I offer a policy of having your email reading back to you within 10 working days of payment being received; if you have not received it in that time-frame please check your spam folder before contacting me or leaving negative feedback. If you do not resonate with the reading please contact me immediately and before leaving feedback, I am happy to do the reading again. However, this will only be done once. Once the reading has been sent to you no refunds will be given.
A maximum of 10 people and a minimum of 4 people are allowed per booking, (dependant on the distance from home a small charge for travel may be requested for groups under 5) ALL participants must be 18 or over to receive a reading.
A non-refundable deposit will be required at the time of booking. There is a 24 hour cooling off period unless the party booking is scheduled to take place in the next 24 hours. Once 24hrs has elapses, no refund of the deposit will be made. The date, Venue & time to be agreed before hand, and is confirmed once the required non-refundable deposit has been received.
Each reading will be a maximum of 30mins, there is no minimum time. Readings are payable in cash on the day or via bank transfer at the end of the reading. All readings are one-to-one. A private area with a table and adequate lighting will be required.
Readings are NOT recorded but participants are welcome to take notes or record on their personal phones., l cannot guarantee to bring through a specific person during a reading if a connection with Spirit has been established. Should I be unable to connect with a guest, l will stop the reading and there will be no charge, they will be refunded either in cash at the party booking or via bank transfer.
Please note :- Any member of the party who is considered to be under the influence of drugs or alcohol, or becomes verbally/physically abusive will be refused a reading, but the charge will still be payable. In these circumstances l reserve the right to leave the premises if considered to be unsafe to continue.
At the Crystal Butterfly, a warm welcome is offered to all who wish to attend any workshop/course; I strive to provide a safe and friendly environment for all learners. However, should I or another student experience discrimination or abusive behaviour in what ever form from any learner, they will be asked to leave. Any refund of any monies paid will take into account costs of materials provided, and time spent in attendance and deducted accordingly.
When booking a place on a workshop/course you will be asked to pay a Non Refundable or Transferable Deposit, this amount will vary dependant on the Workshop/Course attended.
The balance of the outstanding amount becomes payable 7 days prior to the course start date, unless an alternative has been formally agreed.
All course materials including handouts remain the intellectual property of Ms Helen Appleton-Hill and are protected as such. Helen Appleton-Hill (Crystal Butterfly) is a Cert.Ed qualified Tutor, and Approved Training Provider. Where applicable, courses are accredited by IPHM (International Practitioner of Holistic Medicine) and bare the appropriate logo
